NOTE: We are currently not able to electronically debit your account via an electronic check (EDT).
Shipping Information
Shipping charges for I-Proclaim titles ordered via our Yahoo! store are as follows:
Shipping via UPS Ground
Note: UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box or to APO/FPO addresses.
United States: $5.75 for the first item ordered, plus $1.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).
Canada: $15.00 for the first item ordered, plus $2.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).
International Orders (other than Canada): $50.00 for the first item ordered, plus $3.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail:
United States, APO, and FPO: $4.99 for the first item ordered, plus $1.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items). This is the optimal shipping method for APO and FPO addresses.
Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico: $5.99 for the first item ordered, plus $1.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).
Canada: $16.00 for the first item ordered, plus $2.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).
International Orders (other than Canada): $25.00 for the first item ordered, plus $2.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).
Downloadable option:
Please note that the "downloadable" shipping option is only available for e-books. Please do not choose "downloadable" if you wish to have a hard copy shipped to you.
There is no additional charge to download e-books, but you will be expected to pay the retail price before downloading can begin.
Returns policy
Due to the nature of print-on-demand publishing, any title purchased from I-Proclaim Books cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. However, if any merchandise is received damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at bookorders@i-proclaim.com for more information.
